Summary: My sister's family of 3(they have a toddler1.5years) and my family of 4(2.5years and 7 months) stayed. Lots of space for the kids to run around and it was nice that we didn't have to worry about them breaking anything. This home is a mile away from my grandparents. We came from Michigan and Texas so it was nice to stay so close. There is lots a of shopping very nearby too.

Summary: The place was simply great!! It was very clean. We went barefoot in the house without qualms because it was so clean. There was enough space for everyone!! The teenagers discovered the pool table and enjoyed it very much whenever we were home. The only 2 issues I can think of are: 1. If you like to cook, the kitchen might be a little bare ( we ate out the entire time so it was not an issue for us), 2. The city accidentally turned off the water into the house because of some repair nearby and supposedly forgot to turn it back on so one night we didn’t have water to shower. We didn’t want to bother Alexander at midnight, so we called in the morning and he got it fixed immediately and very graciously offered refund for one day without us even asking!! He was a very pleasant young man! If we are ever in South Florida again, we would rent this place again!! Great place overall- roomy, clean, great layout!! Thanks so much Alexander!!

Summary: I enjoyed my stay. The house was clean and as beautiful as pictured.. The house had everything I needed during my weekend there with family. Communication with the host was easy.
